There’s a new ring on your finger and you’re basking in that newly engaged bliss. People are starting to ask questions, like “Who’s your florist?” or, “What are your wedding colors?” You’re realizing just how many decisions there are to make and have no idea where to begin! Take a deep breath because you’re in the right spot.

I totally get it- wedding planning can seem overwhelming and stressful, but for a lot of couples it’s not in your budget to hire a full-service planner. If you need help getting started and bringing your wedding day vision to life, a Partial Planning package just might be what you’re looking for! The Partial Planning package was created for couples looking for a little extra assistance and access to a seasoned wedding planner beyond the day of your wedding.  We’ve combined a series of design meetings with our Day-of Planning package to give you just that.

Here at Ivory Couture we believe in one thing: An enjoyable, seamless wedding planning process that ultimately leads to your dream wedding day!

– HERE’S HOW IT WORKS –

A la carte wedding planning services

1.

We’ll schedule an initial phone consultation where I’ll take time to learn about you and your wedding plans.  I’ll explain exactly how our time working together will unfold and send you a questionnaire to learn about your wedding vision.  I’ll use this information to create an initial design board complete with ideas and inspiration.  Consider this design board an outline of the aesthetic direction for your wedding day.

2.

We’ll schedule a day for your our kickoff meeting and we’ll review the initial design board, as well as discuss budget and narrow down your top priorities. Once we’ve spent time narrowing down your priorities, you’ll have an updated budget blueprint ready for the vendor booking process. Over the course of 4 to 5 meetings, we’ll cover every aspect of your wedding day design and finalize your personal Style Presentation.

3.

While this is a rather extensive process, it allows you to lay all of your thoughts and ideas out on the table, plus get a design blueprint straight from a professional planner. From reviewing your budget, to talking about vendor selection and discussing the design elements of your day, you’ll have all the tools in place once our time together comes to an end. Once you’ve approved your Style Presentation, you’re now ready to share our work with your entire creative team, to ensure that each vendor is on the same page.
